Jennifer graduated with a degree in chemistry & spent 7 years as a forensic chemist before discovering a bigger passion in fitness after seeing how much strength training had changed her own life. She then became a NASM CPT and spent the next two years at a gym teaching group bootcamp classes and one on one training clients. While there, Jennifer also became a Kabuki Strength Registered Trainer with a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coaching certification. She thrives on learning new aspects of fitness but her background has been focused on strength training, particularly powerlifting as well as balance and stability. She loves seeing people do things they didn’t think they were capableof or strong enough!
"My goal is to help people use strength and nutrition to become a better version of themselves. On a personal note, I love my dog Bleu more than anything and if I’m not in the gym I’m off with her somewhere exploring trying to handstands on random things."
Megan has a degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University, where she competed on the figure skating and synchronized skating teams. While pursuing her degree, she taught figure skating and swimming lessons and interned at the NCAA Olympic sports training center, where she helped train athletes to perform at the top of their game. She became a NASM-CPT, NSCA-CSCS, and ACSM-CEP so she could continue to help people pursue healthier lifestyles and be their best selves! Seeing how strength training positively impacts sport performance and general fitness motivated her to continue training after graduation. In 2019 Megan moved to China to teach at Sias International University, where she started a private personal training business for foreign residents. In early 2020 Megan returned to the USA to continue working in fitness. She loves to learn new exercise techniques, but her background focuses on strength, cardio endurance, HIIT, balance, and flexibility training for both sport performance and general fitness. She is excited to help people reach their goals and discover the joys of exercise!
“My goal is to help people be confident in who they are and in their abilities, whether for sport or daily living. Personally, I love to hike, be around people, and eat! I also love dogs and trained my dog Kobi to play volleyball and soccer and do burpees so I would always have a workout buddy(: ”
